Our History

The Catalyst Group is the result of a successful amalgamation of the Directors' former businesses. We joined forces in 2003 after successfully operating our own independent corporate coaching practices for a number of years, often finding ourselves in collaboration with each other.

It took over nine months of dialogue and planning to formalise our coming together, as we wanted to ensure that we would create a business that would work, and last well into the future. Three years down the track, we're confident that we've done that.

Since our inception, we have sought to model in ourselves what we do with clients. We work with coaches for our own and the business's development, have regular peer supervision sessions to ensure quality control, and engage in bi-annual planning retreats to continually fine tune our business and how it can meet our clients' needs.
