GP workshops: Managing Home Hospital services

Discover how to refer and manage patients within Silver Chain’s Home Hospital service, and learn how you can retain clinical governance.

The workshop will cover:

• The safe in-home management of conditions ranging from cellulitis and DVT to hyperemesis gravidarum
• Case studies to highlight communication and referral methods
• Clinical governance and home-based investigations
• The range of nursing and ‘home help’ services that are available, all enabling your patient to stay at home during an acute illness

$880 (incl. GST) remuneration for the day

This program is funded through the WA Government FINE scheme. RACGP ALM Approved – 40 category 1 points.
